- Diagrammatic Representative: Chart is a good way to pick up a lot of character. If possible, try to explain by example appropriate, also to explain your answer, please try to answer the graph, or table. This could have thought to have a good understanding of concepts the students.
- Avoid Long paragraph: Please try to avoid the answer in the long paragraph. It interferes with the examiner. Each examiner must go read most of the hard copy and paragraphs. So instead of a paragraph that you have the corresponding points. You too, you will be able to select them in the subordinates and to bold them. As they become ambiguous, leave a line or two after each point.Do not write more than one
or two concepts in a paragraph.Do not write more than 4 to 6 lines in a
paragraph.Avoid too many underlines or striking through
- Attempt first in which you are confident :The first impression is the last impression so always give a terrific start without any mistakes While you sit in examination hall and receive the question paper from the examiner, go through the question paper. First attempt the grammar section as it takes less time. Don't devote much time if you are puzzle or have some doubt, leave the question and move to another. But dont forget to mark UN attempted par in your question paper. Without wasting your time move to text book and attempt only those questions first in which you are more confident.
- NEVER EVER start ANSWERING YOUR Question Paper with a Practical Question: Because no wonder how well you are prepared, the tension level starts shooting up once you enter the Examination hall and doesn’t come down till at least half an hour elapses after getting the question paper. If you take up a practical question at that time you are bound to make mistake as the mind is tense and it would require a lot of calculations. If you are tripped in first question you get more nervous and your thinking is clouded leading to mistakes and valuable time is lost forcing you to hurry and make more mistakes. In the end the paper is either not solved fully and especially the theory papers get the sketchy treatment resulting in poor marks. So if you start with a theory paper, You give your full attention to it writing it properly and writing for around half hours will calm your nerves and then you can take up the practical question you know the best and follow it with second best and so on. Once your mind has calmed down you can attempt the rest of the paper in an objective way
- Write for Examinor point of View: The examiners are all given a set of points that they need to look for in an answer that is specific and if they are there they would give marks for content, which would be approximately 6-8 on 10. The remaining would be for presentation, relevance of the diagrams, flow charts, tables, clarity, handwriting etc
- Focus and Presentation :Be specific in your answer. Focus on the area asked. Some guidelines for specific terms-Define - just give a definition- Describe - give an account- Discuss - present different aspects of a problem- Enumerate - give a listing- Summarize - Examine main point briefly-Use appropriate diagrams, flow charts, tables, or any other illustrations for the answer.
